Guarantees

1 Year GUARANTEE to repair or replace.  If any product supplied by us fails to perform as may reasonably be expected - we’ll repair or replace it.

We guarantee to repair or replace (as we see fit) any component or product which fails to perform as may reasonably be expected, unconditionally for a period of 1 year from supply (subject to an allowance for wear and tear and appropriate maintenance being carried out).


10 Year GUARANTEE on failure of structures due to bad workmanship.

We guarantee for a period of 10 years to guarantee the structure against failure due to bad workmanship.


15 Year GUARANTEE on all treated components.

We guarantee for a period of 15 years all pressure treated components against rot and decay.


Where a building is not bolted to a concrete base then the Company cannot guarantee the integrity of the structure at all.  It is the customer’s responsibility to take appropriate steps which reflect your local circumstances.

Where wind or climate conditions exceed the normal levels expected for the area in any season, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused to the buildings.

Onduline and other Roofing have separate manufacturers’ guarantees.

All guarantees are offered subject to our terms and conditions of sale.

Guarantees are non-transferrable.
