We will provide a prompt telephone query service with out of hours answer-phone and return calls when promised.

We will attend promptly to your requirements.  We aim to get back with firm quotations within 5 working days and plans within another 7 days

We will write and acknowledge all orders / deposits / payments within 5 working days.

We try to give realistic lead times on verbal order. This will be confirmed on receipt of written order/deposit. Actual delivery dates are dependent on when baseworks are ready. We will strive to meet or improve on these dates.

For any delay in supply on our part (subject section 6 of terms and conditions) exceeding 14 days, we will reduce your final invoice by 1% for every 14 day period thereafter.
