We will provide a prompt telephone query service with out of hours answerphone and return calls when promised.

We will attend promptly to your requirements. We aim to get back with firm quotations within 4 working days and plans within 7.

We will write and acknowledge all orders / deposits / payments within 3 working days.

We try to give realistic lead times on verbal order, confirmed on receipt of written order/deposit. We will strive to meet or improve on these dates.

For any delay in supply on our part (subject section 6 of terms & conditions) exceeding 14 days, we will automatically reduce your final invoice by 1% for every 14 day period thereafter.

1 year GUARANTEE to repair or replace.
If any product supplied by us fails to perform as may reasonably be expected - we'll repair or replace it.

10 year guarantee on failure of structures due to bad workmanship.

15 year guarantee on all treated components and Onduline roofing.
